Double Pay

In February the kids had normal dentist cleaning appointments. Oddly enough the kids love going to dentist and wanted to show off their favorite medical office to the visiting Grammie and Grampie [Sue and Bill for those paying attention.] We love love our dentist and she is totally in the right field for her - one of the most goofy adults I've ever met. One of the things she told Zoe, because the grandparents were present, was that if you lose a tooth at a grandparent's house you get double treats from the Tooth Fairy!

Fast forward to July. Zibby's front top tooth was starting to get loose. She spent much time on the soccer field wiggling that tooth trying to get it out. Then she realized that her 'all-by-herself-vacation' was coming up. And remembered the dentist's words.


If you look carefully at this picture you can see how crooked her top tooth was. While in VT, Zo worked and worked to get this tooth out to no end. The soccer coach offered to kick a ball at it, both Grammies offered to pull it. No go.

Guess What? Zoe woke up at 5 (after Daddy got up at 4) and announced that she had lost her tooth during the night can't find it she thinks she swallowed it Ackk!!!! Quite calm and says the tooth fairy keeps track of swallowed teeth. We will call later in the morning so she can tell you all about it
