I have a contract. But the majority of the units totally voted the contract down. See here. And it seems that the higher ups may have judged their following correctly.
So what this means is if the nurses manage a better contract, we don't get the benefits. If they strike, it doesn't matter what we accepted. [Although, we get a nice retro check and enjoy the pay raise until that point.]
